The programme introduces children to a games based learning approach which encourages a healthy lifestyle and develop key physical and life skills to learners.
Classes are designed to assist both boys & girls from ages 4-15 years old to explore the benefit of regular structured physical exercise, laying the foundation for fit, active and healthy lives.
