Thank you for participating in our football tournament and summer funfair on Saturday 17th July 2021 at our permanent venue Feel Good Centre, Chingford Road, Walthamstow, E17 5AA.
Age Groups: U6s-U16s
Duration: 10 mins match all ages
Fee: £40.00 per each team
Facility: Grass
Maximum Number: 10 Players per Team
Time: U6s, U7s, U8s & U9s(9.00am-11.00am)
U10s, U11s & U12s (11.45am-2.00pm)
U13s, U14s, U15s&U16s(2.45pm-5.00pm)
Format: U6s,U7s & U8s(5 aside)
All other age groups: 6 aside
Please note that there will be a £2.00 charge entry fee for spectators but 2 coaches are allowed free entry per team.
Arrival: Team officials will be required to attend briefing 15 mins before kickoff.
All spectators are required to watch from behind the barrier.
Each age group will have a maximum of 10 teams divided into two divisions, 4 teams from each group will go into the knockout stages.
Teams will be required to book online and complete their registration before attending the festival, Tournament details will be sent to each participating team which teams are obliged to adhere to.
Scouts: There scouts from professional clubs who are authorised on the pitch to watch closely! unauthorised person found on the pitch will be asked to leave the premises. Scouts must identify theirselves before embarking on their scouting duties for safeguarding reasons.
Presentation: All participating teams will receive medals whilst third place winner, runners up and the winners of each age group will receive trophies at the end.
Accessing our funfair, Spectators will be given a wristband at the gate which allows them leave the pitch area and regain entry to pitch.
Refreshment: Players are required to have healthy meal and lots of drinks. Don’t worry if this isn’t possible as we have own celebrity master chef on site at an affordable rate for all.
Entertainment: Bouncy castle, Speed Cage, popcorn and many will be on site.
